living and in my job uh it’s uh time is of the essence and it’s a difficult process to expend time and energy trying to plan a project like this what I learned through this experience is is

that once we sat on the computer in our kitchen and customized it with the tool that you guys provide it was a pretty easy process and you guys put everybody in place for us just to facilitate it from from the planning process on the the laptop to what we see in the

backyard right now and so for me uh just the ease of that experience uh in and of itself was worth its weight and go we just went through a similar experience at our home back in the Boston area where we customized an outdoor kitchen

island uh that we had put in our pool house and and the challenging part of it is that Kate and I had to be the the general contractor so to speak and we had to find everything from the appliances the types of grills the refrigerators the sinks things of that

nature and and we had no idea what was available to us the other thing I would I would say to you is that it’s it’s a challenge to get all of the different aspects of the laborers to time it right so that uh they could all do what they

had to do in order to complete the project the whole process took so much longer probably took 6 to 8 months and from start to finish to figure out what we wanted and what was available and and we were we were ignorant to uh what was

out there so it’s a much clunkier process it’s and and it’s a it’s a time consuming process and it’s an expensive process and what we loved about the experience with RTA is they provided a person right from the get-go to walk us

through the process and had a solution for us with every step of the way and they also provided uh some of the education uh that we needed on on what was available to us and and what potentially this outdoor kitchen island

could look like from from that start right through to the contractor showing up in our backyard to install it um RTA is there every step of the way with with a solution uh to help us through that

process and so to have those people um that you guys provide for us uh just made the experience so much easier from our standpoint absolutely and I think to thing I I loved is that you guys had so many options like

the amount of material that you had to choose from was fantastic that was a big factor for me the Aesthetics of it like is it going to tie in with what we already had existing and I can’t tell you how much I love the look of it outside so I am beyond happy with how it came
