In this quick clip… You’ll see Ryan Shazier grilling burgers on his new outdoor kitchen for the first time! The former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker has excellent taste in food (and outdoor kitchens!).
So surely, you’re wondering… What makes a Shazier burger? Let’s break down what Ryan’s go-to game time burger is. The base patty starts with 100% grass fed ground beef. This is seasoned with a meat rub from Coyote. While the burgers are sizzling on the grill… Ryan prepares his toppings.
You’ll see Ryan put sharp cheddar, BBQ aioli, leaf lettuce, pickled jalapenos, and crispy onions on his finished burger. And then… It’s topped off with a sesame seed bun. Looks pretty fantastic, right?
It is!
The pickled jalapenos cut the rich flavor of the cheese and burger… And the crispy onions add a nice texture. And of course… The BBQ aioli adds a smoky, creamy element that’s far better than plain old ketchup. For game day, we strongly suggest you try out the Shazier burger!
And if you’re feeling even more adventurous… Perhaps it’s time to start planning a full outdoor kitchen project. If you have a grill already, that’s fantastic! However… An outdoor kitchen takes grilling burgers to a whole new level.
Why?
You don’t have to run in and out of the house for everything you need! A full countertop gives you plenty of space to work with… And if you have an outdoor fridge, all your condiments will already be at the ready! Plus, you can serve your meal right outdoors. No need to track dirt into the house! This goes well beyond grilling burgers, too. But we’ll just leave it at that for now!
Enjoy, and when you’re ready to start your project… We’ll be waiting!
