When you decide to work with RTA Outdoor Living, you can expect a high degree of involvement from our team members at every stage of the process.

Design Stage

Right from the jump, you are assigned a Design Expert who will guide you through the process of creating your ideal outdoor kitchen layout. You will have 2 or more virtual meetings with your designer (depending on your needs) to discuss your design preferences, budget requirements, and decide if RTA is the right fit for you or not. You have full access to your Design Expert via email for any additional questions or concerns you may have.

Blueprint Stage

Should you decide to move forward with RTA Outdoor Living, your finalized design will be passed off to the Blueprint Department. At this stage, you will be assigned a Blueprint Liaison to assist you with anything you may need regarding your blueprints. If there are adjustments you need to make to your outdoor kitchen design at this stage, you can easily contact your Liaison to get the requested changes.

Delivery, Assembly, & Beyond

As soon as your order begins getting produced in our manufacturing facility, you will be connected with a Project Success Manager (PSM). Your PSM will meet with you virtually to prepare you for the delivery and installation of your outdoor kitchen. On the day of your install, your Project Success Manager will keep an open schedule to provide phone or email support should you need it. If there’s any assistance you need after your RTA outdoor kitchen is installed, your PSM will be your first point of contact.

After your RTA outdoor kitchen is installed, we cool down on communication unless you need us. If you have a question about care or maintenance of your outdoor kitchen, your PSM is only a phone call or email away.

If there’s anything wrong with your outdoor kitchen order, your Project Success Manager will handle the issue. They’ll evaluate the problem, determine the solution, and work with you on a resolution. It’s a PSM’s top priority to resolve any issue you may have as quickly as possible! You’ll get a response within hours, not days.

Same goes if something happens to your outdoor kitchen in the future! While exceptionally rare, if something happens months or years from now… you can still get in touch with your PSM for further assistance.
