Hey guys, welcome to the Onnit Health Haven project. I’m Justin. And I’m Alリース. And we’re the founders of Onnit. And at Onnit, our main mission is to help business leaders reclaim, restore,

0:15
and redeem their health so they can ultimately live different. Today, we’re kicking off our backyard project [music] to reflect our goals at Onnit. We’re so excited to be turning this into a haven of health, wellness, and vitality. When

0:30
we first started thinking about this health haven, >> [music] >> it was something that I think a lot of people just think about what you eat and how you exercise and how you train. But we see it as so much more. It’s like it’s the environment that you’re in, [music] what you’re exposed to on a

0:45
day-to-day basis. We had such a vision for creating a health haven. Environments change everything. It’s how you feel, it’s the emotions you have, it’s the memories you create. What started off as a partnership with

1:00
bringing in a brand new, [music] gorgeous outdoor kitchen, really became such a larger collaboration. When we were thinking about it, we couldn’t just drop this beautiful, brand new kitchen into a broken environment. We knew we had to come back to health,

1:15
to healing [music] as the core of our vision for the space. We talk about redemption, restoration, reclamation [music] of people’s health. And before we were actually able to do that with human beings, we had to [music] do that with the space. We’re welcoming you

1:30
to the full restoration, the redemption, >> [music] >> and the reclamation of the health haven. This is going to be the safe for our TA outdoor [music] kitchen. As you can see

1:45
now, it’s overgrown, it’s messy, it’s dirty. We have a little 8 by 8 pad sitting area [music] that doesn’t really support community, health, or hosting at all. >> [music] >> We’re going to be having two designer pergolas in the yard over the outdoor

2:00
[music] kitchen and the outdoor seating area for so many different functions. The two pergolas are connected so you can walk literally underneath them rain or shine [music] and flow right into a sitting area that then will have a beautiful lattice

2:15
wooden wall where the [music] TV will be. It makes the space multi-dimensional. It gives us so many options no matter what the weather is so that we [music] can be outside. We’ve got all of this rock. We’ve got this mulch. We’ve got little Leaves

2:30
everywhere. leaves from this [music] dirty tree right here. We’ve got these little stubby plants and so we obviously can’t just go and throw all of this down and so Peacock Pavers is being able to put in just this beautifully hand-crafted [music] stone pavers. So this is where we’re going to start to do

2:45
the outdoor gym and this is what I’m really excited about because as you can see we’ve got grass that just doesn’t grow. The sun is so hard on it. We’ve got a couple implements that we try to do out here because we’ve got so much space. [music] We try to use it and steward it well but there’s only so much

3:00
I can do with three implements. So I’m really excited to have a gym that can become an indoor and an outdoor facility. Something that can be an extension [music] that we can not just have for you and I but rather for multitudes of people to come and also optimize their gym and fitness [music] experience. We’re so excited to be

3:15
bringing in a completely new nearly 40-ft length [music] space to be able to house a new office, podcast studio, and recovery area. What we’re also going to have is we’re going to have a deck [music] that comes out here and the

3:30
deck’s going to come right up to here almost be like [music] a U shape that we’re going to be able to throw a table up on. We’re going to be able to host events under here. [music] This tree, this banyan tree, is over 300 years old but the tree is literally

3:45
eating the fence and so it’s literally broken the chain link fence that’s back [music] here. We are going to be replacing entire perimeter of our fencing with brand new NewTechWood [music] fencing. I actually couldn’t pull this out because the land has literally eaten

4:00
all of this up. And so, being able to clear all this out and being able to build a [music] fence with gates that just create a really nice entryway upon coming in is going to be really awesome as well. So, this entrance is the one that we started in. And this is where

4:15
about 90% of our foot traffic [music] comes into the backyard. You can see that the current fence is really worn down. And then we [music] also have these pavers in here that are moldy, that are unsafe, that are really slippery when wet. We’re so excited to

4:30
be creating a much safer path, all done with NewTechWood. This shed here, which is falling apart, original to the house, over 50 years old, is moldy, and needs to come down. So, we’re going to be

4:45
fully taking down this shed and turning this space [music] into a full meditation and serenity zone. My first ever zen garden, which will have beautiful plants, an amazing space to really just sit, relax, take in the sun,

5:00
and the nature [music] around you. Recovery’s always been super important to Alyssa and I. Just making sure that we had a place that we could come, kind of hang out and chill at the end of the day, uh first thing in the morning, where we could go and do a lot of our breath work and meditation. We love

5:15
sauna for that. And [music] to be honest, as we’ve started to use it, it’s just kind of fallen apart a little bit. So, we’re so [music] excited to be overhauling this. We’re going to have an outdoor shower that’s actually [music] functional. We’re going to have not one, but two cold plunges from Chilly Dip.

5:30
And then, of course, we’re going [music] to have our sauna. We’re going to be able to put speakers around the entire yard and run it in a way that it’s going to create a mood and a feel, no matter what room, zone, or area you’re in.

5:45
Peacock Pavers is going to make sure that not just this area is done, but also the area that flows now inside. [music] So, this whole area is custom designed and it’s going to be matching inside and outside. It’s going to have a very luxe

6:00
look and feel to the entire space. We’re going to reimagine this space as a relaxing zone with pool chairs, [music] outdoor umbrellas to make sure that we’re protected from the sun [music] and we’ll have our sitting and communal

6:15
space out in the outdoor seating area. Our bodies were designed to heal. They were designed to thrive, but honestly it requires us to live differently. It requires us to be in an environment that supports healing, that supports restoration. It means that we have to be outside [music] in the fresh air, in the

6:30
sunshine and quite frankly in an environment that is [music] calm and collected that allows our nervous system to downregulate and we get to feel it heal from the inside out. It’s so true. This space isn’t about

6:45
vanity. It isn’t just about having >> [music] >> a beautiful space. It’s about creating a healing environment [music] where people we serve, people we love can come and we can host them and begin their transformation. [music]

7:00
Okay, we are so excited. The project has been officially kicked off. We are a few weeks in now and we’re so excited to share with you the progress that we’ve already made. If you look around, you’ll see nothing but holes in the ground.

7:15
You’ve got pieces of our walking stones that are no longer walking stones. [music] Uh all of the plants are off of the wall and off of the house. You take [music] a look over here. This shed is going to

7:30
get taken out. So, today we started with all the clean up phases. Uh we cleaned everything, all the palms, the trees, all the additional shrubs removed uh some plants that we needed and able to create more space. [music] And then they took all of this area out

7:45
right here, so that when we get the podcast and recovery area, uh, or studio delivered, >> [music] >> they’re going to be able to back it right into this area and drop it nice and clean. We’ve obviously got our chili dips that are going to get picked up by a couple people today.

8:00
>> [music] >> Uh, we’ve got the saunas right here. We’re going to be moving our chili dip set up, so that it’s going to be in a better location. We just had this arrive, which is a shipping container here that we’re going to custom convert into a performance center for ourselves out here. We’ve already had some of our

8:15
deliveries arrive. These are going to be our pergolas from Pergolux. They’re here. They’re ready to go. This is one of going to be one of the last things installed, and we’re so excited to see it all come to life. RTA and Micah specifically, they’ve been such amazing partners throughout this this entire

8:30
process. He’s going to be sharing the new design right here in this space through their AR tool. Hey Micah, good to see you. >> you. Good to see you. >> This place looks awesome. I’m super excited. I got the design all put together, and we’re going to walk

8:45
through it with our AR tool. It’s going to look awesome. All right. I can’t wait. Oh my gosh, look at this. Wow, I’m so excited. It’s so awesome how you’re able to actually see what the actual layout looks like in your own space. >> I can’t believe how real this looks.

9:00
[music] So, Micah, I know I chose all these finishes, and I was going more for a lighter look, but a couple [music] things. Number one, I’ve been thinking about the cleanliness of it, and like dirt getting on a light surface. So, we have this brand new black slat finish that I think would look perfect, and I

9:15
think we should switch it to that. They’ll really blend in with everything else in this space. >> I would love that. Yeah. Could we do black slat with like a black granite or a black marble top? >> Absolutely. That would look perfect. 100% it all matches. Absolutely. Now, I was actually looking at the designs, and what we have a lot

9:30
of our customers do is right next to the grill here, they put a flat top griddle, and I I that [music] would be perfect to really make sure that all of your cooking can be outside. Awesome. Well, I’m going to take all of these different changes that we just talked about. I’m going to throw them into a design and then we can take a look together. Perfect. I can’t wait to see it.

9:45
All those changes we talked about, the flat top griddle and then the black slat finishes, I got those updated in our design right here. Wow, I love the color. It looks amazing. >> Now Lisa, I know you said you were the daughter of an interior designer. So do these finishes kind of add up to what

10:00
you [music] were looking for? Honestly, it’s perfect. I feel like it goes so well with the design of the entire home and I even love how you guys put, you know, [music] some of the accents that I was talking about like the fencing in the background to really see it all come

10:15
together, the color of the pergola. [music] You know, I’ve been really intentional about the design of the entire space and we are going for a darker look and I think [music] what you’re proposing here is perfect. I love it. >> Awesome. And with the shade of the pergola, you’re not going to have to worry about anything getting too hot

10:30
even though the granite countertop is a little bit of a darker shade. We were talking about we want to section it off into different [music] places for people to have different experiences. So you’ve got the people sitting at the bar here, you’ve got the people cooking here, then you’ve got the sauna and the gym and different things like that. So I think like you mentioned, it really does flow

10:45
super well and the different sections are perfect for different experiences. We can literally live outside 99% of the time. Absolutely. And one of the things that I love is just the amount of storage. I mean, there’s there’s so many [music] unique spaces to be able to put

11:00
things. We can like like Justin said, we can fully live outside which I love. I mean, you know, our kitchen right now in indoors [music] is much smaller. It’s very limited. It’s difficult for both you and I to be there in there [music] at the same time, but just the size and the layout lends

11:15
itself [music] to just so much more of a of an improved usability um factor that I can’t wait to >> [music] >> to get in there and start cooking. >> And once you start getting the pavers in place, you have the green turf in the background, you’ve got all the the that

11:30
are going to be put in. You’ve got the accents on both the gym, recovery center, and the podcast studio. I think [music] it’s just I mean, I’m so excited. This is This is unbelievable. >> It’s not just the kitchen. You’ve got all of the different aspects. It’s really going to tie together [music] awesome. And in a couple of weeks, we

11:45
know that this place is going to look completely different. We will have our podcast and recovery studio arrived by then. We will also have the new fencing in. We’ll have new concrete over there. We’re so excited to really see this place come to life.

12:00
Come to the backyard. And it’s [music] definitely a work zone. Everything’s uneven. Everything’s unlevel. You got stuff strewn everywhere. You got all the crap and corruption here at the back

12:15
that’s being stacked up. So, I am post 2 hours post workout. Haven’t showered yet. There’s a reason. We have [music] a water main line break that they’re working on fixing now. Just hit a water main pipe, so fixing

12:30
that right now. But, coming all through here, it’s incredible just to see the amount [music] of change and work that’s being done here. We lost internet [music] today. We lost power today. We lost water today.

12:45
All from different holes that were dug. It hasn’t been an awesome day. A lot of stress. The trash pile gets bigger and bigger. We’re deep in the construction part. Deep in the messy middle. So, as you’ve been kind of going through

13:00
this, what’s been >> [music] >> kind of the things that have jumped out at you? Some of the surprises? Well, the last thing that jumped at me was a wooden stick through the Bobcat glass, but which broke it all [music] in my chest.

13:15
But, we we got a broken drill bits from the Bobcat. They’re They’re really big. And [music] found lots of rock here where we’re digging with where the deck’s going to be. And yeah, you get a lot of surprises. That’s how this [music] works is.

13:30
Well, there’s days that have started to become difficult because of the rain. I don’t know if you can see how hard [music] it’s coming down out there.

13:45
We’re not going to get much work done today. I’ll tell you what, there’s some days that I just feel [music] this thing’s never going to end. It’s been raining for 4 days.

14:00
Barely done any work. Just looks like an absolute mess. There’s um boxes that are soggy. There’s dirt that’s now turned to mud. Spraying up on everything that was once

14:15
brand new at installation now looks filthy and dirty. And I got thinking as I was in the sauna. It’s like [music] a little bit like life, you know what I mean? Where you start to do things, [music] you start to dig action, you start to put

14:30
some new things in place, you start to build anything. And [music] it feels exciting and new at first, but then it starts to get old, it gets mundane, it gets a little difficult. Feels almost a little bit tough.

14:45
And this is that messy middle. The messy middle that actually creates the transformation. See where we’re at today. Quite a few projects in motion here.

15:00
We’re going to walk you guys [music] through it. Just over top of Alyssa’s shoulder this way is where [music] the outdoor kitchen’s going to be. And then if we roll around this side, this is where the outdoor sitting area is going to be. >> [music] >> And if actually Alyssa shows you straight down >> Yep, and there’s the new deck.

15:15
>> There’s the new deck. It’s not like we could just throw pavers down willy-nilly. So you see here he’s literally leveling this out and you can start to see the little dip that’s happening here over the course of this. So, they’re actually taking this almost

15:30
5 in down from where the earth currently is. This area has to not only be level but compact, literally like concrete, so they can lay it on there well. And so, like this is where it started

15:45
and this is now where they’re at. It’s about a 5 to 6 in of and there’s so much been dug yet. So, the cut pavers will literally flush right out. It’ll be a level ground, which is going to be really amazing in how they set everything up.

16:00
So, this is how it will become like cement. Look at that. New Tech. Look at those.

16:15
All the different pieces. This is what the fence looks like. This is New Tech wood fencing. Just even to the touch, it’s just beautiful. It looks amazing. Finishing up, this is literally as easy as this. Look at. Just like that.

16:30
This closes. Just like that. Look at this. It’s coming. And it seems that [music] there’s a big day every single day here. These are the new peacock pavers, [music] custom milled,

16:45
custom built. They’re getting delivered. They’re going to go right over there. Probably 12 or 13 pallets. And you can see just [music] the level of quality. These will

17:00
be for all out here, which will be outdoor kitchen will go on. They’ll [music] also go inside all the way around the pool. What are we doing today, babe? We’re finally laying the pavers. Wow, look at this. The pavers are going in. These guys looked at me

17:15
and were like, “These are beautiful.” We’ve got a lot of pavers to go. Look at all those. Look at the difference. How this looks from here to that. Here to that. >> Here we got the pergola going up.

17:30
So, this pergola going to go here. They’ll have another pergola >> [music] >> that will go right next to it here. It’s going to be amazing. The louvers that are going to go in so it can be

17:45
either exposed sunlight or closed off like a roof. So, in the rain, it’s covered. [music] When it’s sunshine, it’s open. Nice and solid so that for any weather, anything that’s happening, it’ll be all locked in.

18:00
So, you can see here we’ve got the cement. We’re down there you’ve got the >> [music] >> Architec kitchen right in behind. And so, it’s going to go in this whole area here. These pavers just look so good.

18:15
Beautifully done. Super excited today because [music] the pavers have gone in and we have none other than Sly who is the CEO of Peacock Pavers. Well, thank you all for allowing us to be involved with it. We’re very excited and I >> [music] >> have had a quick sneak. I’m looking

18:30
behind the cameraman there right now and I can’t wait to see what we have in the installation process. Amazing. So, let’s go take a look. Obviously, we’ve got the pathway coming in the backyard. This is still has to get done coming out this way leading up. But we’ve obviously got these down. We’ve got to get this

18:45
cleaned and sealed here in the next 24 hours, but >> [music] >> um this is kind of the start. It looks awesome. >> The color of it is amazing. I know we went back and forth on a few different options on design and color and style and all that kind of stuff. And when it came, [music] I was like, “Wow, this is

19:00
exactly what we were going for.” We’re putting turf in, so >> [music] >> you know, we think the the light color is really going to pop. >> And for us, the big intention [music] and the big goal was to make these two spaces feel as one and the only way that we knew how to do that was with

19:15
the flooring being the exact same. Talk me through a little bit how >> [music] >> you’ve been able to kind of bridge that gap and have a product that is luxury, but also high quality. We make this from a very high grade cement and concrete

19:30
mixture and we add iron oxide [music] pigments. It allows the color to be evenly mixed throughout the paver and so it lasts longer in the sun and normal wear and tear. And they’re super strong. So this uh PSI on this particular [music] product is about 7,800 PSI. So

19:45
they can take the weight of what of your kitchen and all your other appliances. If you go into a stone store and look at different slabs of marble, it can be all from the same block originally. >> Yeah. But as you move through it the veining changes. With the big volumetric mixer in our batch plant, with whatever color we’re running we mix, they take it

20:00
to the plant. We have stainless steel top tables, metal molds [music] that are on the table laid out for whatever we’re running that day. They’re casting. Then we leave it there until the next day and they have to go through there and make sure all the concrete is is filled out the molds properly so [music]

20:15
that we don’t have any calls or bad corners or edges or exposed aggregate. These are all handmade. So like snowflakes, they’re perfectly imperfect. They’re not no two are ever going to be alike. >> Yeah. If you made the same one same paver all day long on a table at our plant, they would everyone you made would be different just by virtue of the

20:30
fact it’s all handmade. >> I want to show you the quality. It’s unmatched. This right here is [music] absolutely beautiful. This is all concrete, guys. Like it is [music] incredible the quality. RTA

20:45
outdoor kitchens. This is the before. Can’t wait to show you guys the after. We’re so [music] excited to introduce you now to the RTA team. We have Micah here who helped with the design. And then we also have John here who’s helping us today with the install. >> How’s it going? Let’s go.

21:00
>> Good to see you guys. Great to meet you as well. Do you get really excited when you get to see like your designs come to life? >> all on paper at the beginning and in that virtual reality tool you’re talking about, but now it’s coming to life. We’ll show you how quick this can go together with a small amount of people. How many hours

21:15
do you think this is going to take? We’ll probably finish it tomorrow. Okay, so you think tomorrow? >> Yeah. Day and a half. >> Okay, so day and a half, so let’s say 15 hours you’re thinking. John? Three to four. Three to four hours? That’s a difference. So, this is going

21:30
to be exciting. THREE TO FOUR WITH WOW, BERNARDO! LOOK AT THIS. THEY’RE GOING TO BE YOUR YOUR team Your team’s going to love this. That’s a one-hander, Angel. [music]

21:45
Guys got it? Come on, Justin.

22:00
Bernardo’s two-day guess was going to be closer, but now I’m [music] thinking we’re actually going to be probably more closer to John’s three to four hours. This is pretty amazing. The simple fact that you doubted me. >> [laughter]

22:15
>> 1 hour 23 minutes. We have everything in except [music] the appliances.

22:30
All right.

22:45
Okay, babe. It’s just about time because I helped put this thing together, so >> [music] >> I’ve seen this and I was in awe. But I can’t wait for your thoughts here. So, three two

23:00
one, open your eyes. Oh. Oh my gosh. This is beautiful. >> Wow. From the way that we designed this to now it’s delivery,

23:15
it’s literally exactly what we saw. Yeah. And Bernardo and your team, you guys did it in what? How many hours? 3 hours 54 minutes? 3 and 1/2 hours, come on. Let’s go. >> That’s amazing. Now [music] we’ve got a

23:30
few more projects. We’re going to finish out all the finishing touches. We will be well on our way to a completion date in about 2 weeks. So when Alyssa and I first had this idea for the health haven, the biggest thing

23:45
that was so important [music] to us was that we had a space that we could feel like we could live in. And when people [music] came into the health haven, it was something that felt like I can actually do things. I can actually be around. I can actually move things.

24:00
>> [music] >> Yeah, absolutely. And I think one of my favorite things about this space is it’s a very large [music] deck and it’s versatile. It’s extremely versatile. So we have a few different moments. We have our main dining moment out here. We have one of our favorite spots [music] to

24:15
convene around the fire pit. We do yoga classes out here. We’ll do workouts. [music] We host worship nights. And we’re really able to do it all in this space. [music] That’s what we love to hear. These boards are made to last. And because they’re fully [music]

24:30
wrapped, they hold up well against UV rays, uh moisture, and just normal wear. And yet they still feel warm and natural under your feet. >> Yeah, real wood [music] doesn’t attract you as much as something like this does. It is so clean and it

24:45
just invites us to do yoga, worship, or just simple quiet moments in the morning. Right. [music] We designed it that way to mimic real wood but without the upkeep. And because it’s made out of 97% recycled [music] materials, you get a beautiful product, something that’s

25:00
durable, and something [music] that’s going to be sustainable. Okay, this has to be one [music] of my favorite upgrades in the backyard because sound changes everything. I mean, every time you go into a room,

25:15
sound either [music] can bring you up or it can bring you down. I want to have a different experience in a pool. I want to have a different experience while I’m working out. I want to have a different experience while I’m recovering. I want to have a different while I’m in the sauna, [music] in the cold plunge, while we’re having a dinner. And I think that’s the cool thing is it unifies so

25:30
many separate [music] moments that we intentionally built so that we could actually feel connected and united as one. We want even balance coverage. Sounds the same no matter [music] where you move throughout the space, but also with the flexibility to be able to

25:45
isolate each of those different areas like you described. What we’ve done in this space is give you that flexibility and allows you to get balanced coverage without cluttering the space. They’re hidden in plants. They’re hidden in rocks. They’re hidden behind little

26:00
[music] twists and turns here or there, and you can’t actually see the speakers. And I think that’s something else that really adds an amazing element to this. When you’re walking through [music] the yard, through each space, it’s like the sound is following you as you go. >> That’s That’s the goal. If we get it right like we did here, uh it should

26:15
follow you and it should be seamless no matter where you go. And real quick, [music] how many speakers are in here? There’s 56 speakers uh throughout the entire space supported by uh nine subwoofers. Um you know, with a handful of different zones to isolate each of

26:30
the different areas. >> different than five speakers. >> different. [laughter] 10 times. As people [music] come to the health haven where they learn how to live different, where they are coming for an experience, can actually [music] have something that doesn’t just move them from a sound standpoint, but moves them from a soul

26:45
standpoint. >> end of the day, what I would tell you [music] from a Sonos perspective is we believe life is better with music. So, we are here at the Health Haven and we are so excited to finally reveal it. It’s been something that we’ve been

27:00
waiting for for a long time and the day’s finally here. There is so much that has gone into this entire renovation. [music] We not only changed our pavers, we put in two pergolas, we added two new gyms, we added in turf, we

27:15
put in an outdoor kitchen, [music] we put in an outdoor living room. This is going to be a place where people learn, get empowered, and educated on how to live differently. So, let’s go. Starting with one of my favorite features, this beautiful fence from

27:30
NewTechWood. And so, it’s not just the fence, but it’s also this walkway that just makes [music] a seamless transition from the pavers to the walkway to the turf. This side right here is our breathwork and yoga area. We can be

27:45
actually doing breathwork over here and you can’t hear it right now, but there’s music playing on the deck, there’s music playing in the pergolas, and over here it’s quiet. And so, as we bring it together, we’ve got our sauna, we’ve got our cold plunges, [music] we’ve got the

28:00
gym. Now, what we find is people come, they sit, they congregate, it creates a real amazing [music] dynamic environment, and we can actually walk around in our bare feet. We know how important grounding is. Also, [music] all of the NewTechWood is PFA free, so

28:15
toxin free, which is another thing that we love. And then over on the gym, as we >> [music] >> have created this little deck around here, it’s awesome because what it does is it actually allows us to pull a bike out front, a rower out front, [music] and create an indoor-outdoor experience.

28:30
So, as we come over here, we’ve got obviously now the recovery center. [music] And in the recovery center, we’ve got things like a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, red light, compression boots, we’ve got a couple cardio equipment pieces. And then in this side of this, we’ve got a podcast studio and

28:45
also my office. Now moving to one of my favorite areas, we have a sitting area where people can congregate [music] and just be in community together. And then of course, we have our big hosting, our dining set. >> When this area first finished, Alyssa

29:00
and I came up, we sat back here, and we just had an immense level of gratitude just looking out at the amazing space [music] that’s here. The amazing opportunity to host, to create transformational experiences for people,

29:15
and just to give people a space of calmness in a world that breeds chaos. Okay, Sara, this grill is gorgeous. [music] We know that Coyote just launched Gen 3, and we were so excited to get it in time for the reveal. That’s great. Yeah, we love the Gen 3 line.

29:30
[music] It’s very focused on aesthetics and functionality. And for someone like me, who hosts often but isn’t necessarily a grill master, that means so [music] much and matters a lot. So, we’ve make it very user-friendly.

29:45
Um we make it as safe as possible, so people can really feel confident no matter what level they’re at. So, now having something like Pergolux or a pergola that we can actually bring light into a space, it allows us to feel that energy in the morning. These pergolas

30:00
really honestly changed the game. Even if it’s crazy raining outside, all we do is we grab this guy, we simply pull it down, and all of a sudden,

30:15
we can have floor-to-ceiling [music] coverage. So, on a completely rainy day, we can close down all four sides, we can shut the tops of the pergolas, and on a sunny day, we can lift all of these up, open the top so that we’re able to enjoy the sunlight and really just enjoy the

30:30
people. This has also added a completely additional [music] room to our home. These pavers make this entire space connected. So, everything down through the path out the back of the door, everything up through here,

30:45
right into the inside. And so, now all of a sudden, from going from a 2,000 sq ft home, [music] it’s like we have an 8,000 sq ft entertaining space. You go to the beach and you walk on the sand in the Miami summer heat, you can’t even

31:00
walk on the sand. But right now, we’re in peak of day, peak sun, Peak summer. and it’s not even hot to the touch. [music] So, where we’re heading right now is the outdoor kitchen. It’s all black on black with silver [music] appliances. We’re going to give you a little kitchen tour

31:15
here. Seeing it in person, it literally not only looks the same, [music] but it’s like our vision that we had in virtual reality is now in person. And so, over here when we take a look is the [music] smoker. It’s like there’s so many things that we can do with this thing. Uh we can put pizzas in here, we

31:30
can do brisket, we’re going to do a turkey for Thanksgiving. >> Uh we can do burgers, we can It’s It’s It’s so great. And then down here you’ve just got so much space. We [music] have a good-size kitchen, but of course, additional storage is always great for, [music]

31:45
you know, us as we’re growing our family and working with our community. The massive basin sink. It has the retractable hose that I love for cleaning. >> On the left side over here, we’ve got all of the different drawers, the three different storage drawers. We’ve got a

32:00
fully stocked fridge here, which I just think is so cool. And right here we got a simple trash bin with recycle and garbage, but I just love [music] the island because this is a place where people are going to gather, people are going to congregate while I’m grilling, while I’m doing everything. You’ve got

32:15
this [music] massive Gen 3 Coyote grill, which is just going to be amazing. We’ve got this amazing If you could just [music] grab that side for me, that amazing griddle. When we think about the food we put in our bodies, the quality of the nutrition that we’re [music] getting, we also have

32:30
to think of the quality in which we’re cooking on. This is a place where people are going to come. They are going to see what is possible when you live different. This back corner >> [music] >> has become one of our favorites. Everybody, no matter what we’re doing,

32:45
starts to congregate back here. Fire is one of the things that makes me feel [music] the closest to God. It’s one of the things that I actually just kind of brings me into a space of spiritual connection. And I’ve just always said, in the backyard, we need fire. And so being able to put these fire pits

33:00
[music] in have been so amazing because not only does it, like you said, create with that connection point, but there was this space before Montana fire pits, like you say, and the space after Montana fire pits. For us, fire is central, right? It’s primal.

33:15
There’s something about it that people just gravitate [music] to. If there’s a fire lit, people will go to it. And then you’re you’re creating this connection spot where people [music] are putting their phones down and actually engaging, like on a

33:30
human level. It just becomes a natural place to connect, which is [music] it’s awesome. Tell us a little bit about what goes into that, into making [music] your product so luxurious. We started with just selling the burners, the guts, right? But what [music] that morphed into, because I also have a design and

33:45
construction background, I just saw this opportunity to create [music] the vessel that the burner sits in. Ours are all manufactured, made to order, by hand, by craftsmen in Missoula, Montana.

34:00
When we were designing the Health Haven, we really knew that community and connection was one of the big things that just sits at the heartbeat of Onnit and what we do. >> When we were looking at this, we didn’t just want a backyard, we wanted a hub where [music] we could host, we could

34:15
teach, we could connect our community. Outdoor living shouldn’t just be a special occasion or something you do every other weekend. It should be a part of your everyday life, and that’s what RTA helps make possible. And to be honest with you, our last couple days have been evidence of that. We’ve just

34:30
naturally congregated out here, and this is a place that just draws people in. One of the most inspiring things is as people have come back here, they say immediately there is an aura and an energy back here that leaves them feeling differently. And that was what we were hoping to

34:45
build. [music] We were hoping to build a space, a health haven. Since finishing, we’ve been able to host so many different events here, and truly show people an experience of what it means to live differently. From our team day, >> [music] >> our optimization day for our client health, being able just to host workouts

35:00
on Saturday [music] mornings for my intimate community, being able to host our families here. So many different places that otherwise we didn’t have a space to be able to do this before. Suddenly we’ve [music] got this acre property that’s not only usable, but

35:15
also set up for transformative living. A space [music] where we can each reconnect and just really be able to relax and truly enjoy the the space with one another. And you look at the finished product, and you’re just like, “Man, [music] I’m

35:30
so grateful. I’m so grateful that we stuck it out. I’m so grateful that we’ve been able to operate in the space, >> [music] >> and been able to now create something where people are truly able to come and have an experience where they can now live different.” Whether it’s the sitting area up on the deck, whether it’s the sauna, whether

35:45
it’s the gym, whether it’s the sitting over area behind you, whether it’s the pool, whether it’s the breath work area. [music] We created spaces where connection can happen. And I am so grateful [music] that we have a space that pulls people together, that allows people to come to

36:00
one another to create community and connection that ultimately yields change. Health is the foundation to how we lead, [music] and if we can truly take ownership of our health, we can lead people to a life

36:15
of complete transformation. >> [music] >> This is not just a backyard. It’s a launchpad for transformation.
