First, let’s hone in on the Coyote warming drawer. This is the centerpiece of the unit, and what has sparked your interest! This warming drawer is particularly helpful if you plan on entertaining and hosting many guests often. This appliance essentially allows you to have “excess capacity” as you’re grilling… Because you can stow away fresh food you need to keep warm until you’re ready to serve everything. This is also helpful if you’re cooking several items at once, and some dishes finish quicker than others. You can put those early dishes “on hold”, so to speak, in the warming drawer… And once again, serve when you’re ready.
But that’s not the only feature of the Coyote warming drawer combo set. There’s also a storage drawer directly underneath the warming drawer. So if you have extra pots and pans on hand you’d like to keep outside… This is the perfect place to stow them away. Just keep in mind that this drawer does not have a sealed gasket… So you’ll want to store things you don’t mind possibly getting a bit wet at times.
