RTA Outdoor Living Manufacturing | Step Four

At this stage, you’ve seen the bulk of the RTA Outdoor Living manufacturing process. But we’re not done yet! Ward Schraeder of HGTV’s Bargain Mansions joins us to show you what’s next. So we’ve mixed the concrete, poured into the molds, and finished the countertops… Now what? It’s time to get your outdoor kitchen crated and prepared for shipping! We don’t just throw the panels into a crate and call it a day. Not at all.

At RTA, we are meticulous about how your outdoor kitchens are prepared for shipping. First of all… We build the crates by hand to ensure a perfect fit for your panels and countertop. The panels and countertops are protectively wrapped, then gingerly placed into the crate. The RTA Outdoor Living manufacturing facility takes every precaution to ensure your outdoor kitchen arrives in pristine condition.

There’s nothing more frustrating than receiving a broken product! As you can see… We do everything in our power to prevent this from happening. Your satisfaction with RTA is of utmost importance. In fact… We have an entire Customer Success team dedicated to this exact purpose. An outdoor kitchen is a significant investment.

Naturally… You want to know that you’ll be supported through the entire process. It only makes sense! From the design process to manufacturing… We take extra care to ensure your project goes off without a hitch. But sometimes things happen.

Our Customer Success team takes a proactive approach… Preventing problems before they ever occur. And if they do occur? It’s handled swiftly with your happiness being the ultimate goal. But we digress. There is one more step to review in the RTA Outdoor Living manufacturing process. Be sure to tune in to see how it all wraps up! Thanks again to Ward Schraeder for joining us. And congratulations to the lucky customer who received Ward’s autograph on their outdoor kitchen crate!
