RTA Outdoor Living Manufacturing | Step Two

Now that you’ve seen how our concrete is expertly mixed… It’s time for step two of the RTA Outdoor Living manufacturing process. Ward Schraeder of HGTV’s Bargain Mansions joins us once again to show you how it’s made! As you’ll see in the video… The next step is to get our layouts prepped for casting. If you’re ordering a pre-designed outdoor kitchen, our molds are already prepped.

For custom… It looks a bit different. We have to create a mold from scratch for your personalized design. From the finish… To the appliance cutout location… To the size… All has to be crafted to your exact specifications. Once we have our layout molds prepared? It’s time to pour!

Our mixed concrete is poured into the molds, spread to the correct consistency… Then we wait.

Once your panels are cured… It’s time to move to the next step. But we’re getting ahead of ourselves! You’ll have to watch the next video to learn what step three is of the RTA Outdoor Living manufacturing process. Regardless… At this stage, you’ve seen how much care we put into every single order. Since our outdoor kitchens are made to order… We pay attention to every single detail.

We leave no stone (or RTA panel!) unturned throughout every stage of the manufacturing process. You deserve the best. And when you’re making an investment into an outdoor kitchen… It should be built to last. That’s what you receive when you work with RTA Outdoor Living.

But we’re not done. Check out step 3 to see what’s next!

Thanks again to Ward Schraeder for joining us!

[Music] so matt what goes on here well this is where all the action happens i mean we talked about the batch plan and how that works but before we get to that we have to lay everything out so this is actually a finished kitchen here um we lay everything out from a blueprint

00:28
so you lay it out from a blueprint like this and the important thing to note is you know you’re looking at it this way and you see these different cutouts which we have here and if you’re looking at them they look backwards because when we lay it out we have to lay it out like this

00:41
so the front side is what we’re actually not seeing at the moment and then they lay this out and once it’s laid out paperwork stays here and i see that it’s laid out and i come check it so i make sure that all measurements are correct if there’s any kind of

00:53
adjustments to make those adjustments so that it’s it’s as close to perfect as it can be before we get to that pouring process you
