Planning A Successful Outdoor Kitchen Project

If you’re in the middle of the outdoor kitchen planning process… There are a few things you’ll need to consider! In this video, we’re going to cover an often overlooked aspect of the planning process.

It’s the timeline of your project! When you’re building an outdoor kitchen… You want the completed product as soon as possible. Trust us, we understand. We’d be just as antsy to start hosting the moments that matter!

But as the old adage goes… Good things come to those who wait. And when it comes to outdoor kitchen planning… We strongly caution against working with someone based off of their timeline. If someone’s offering you an unusually quick turnaround, think carefully before proceeding! You might be confused by this point. If a contractor is offering a quick timeline… Isn’t that always better?

Well, not quite.

The thing is… An outdoor kitchen is a significant investment. A significant investment that requires a massive amount of planning, too! And if you rush into a decision… You’ll likely end up making choices you’ll regret in the long run. What would you regret, exactly?

Well for one… If you’re rushing on your project, you’re likely to make concessions on materials.
Getting poor quality materials directly translates to a shorter lifespan of your outdoor kitchen. A suspiciously quick timeline also raises concerns about workmanship. Quality takes time. And if your contractor is rushing through the project… Can you be sure mistakes won’t happen?

Point is, when it comes to outdoor kitchen planning… A successful project is worth the wait. Don’t rush, and reap the rewards!

a more qualified company to do the work it will certainly be worth it in the long run
