Not familiar with Ward? He’s the co-host of Magnolia Network’s Bargain Mansions, with his daughter Tamara Day. Earlier this year… Ward didn’t just decide to work with us for his personal outdoor kitchen. He also made the trek to Cambridge City, Indiana to see the RTA outdoor kitchen manufacturing facility!
So you can see the entire process… Truly from start to finish. As you can see from the clips at our manufacturing facility… A ton of planning goes into every grill island! Every single island is made to order. (And no stone is left unturned!) So once your island panels have made it through every rigorous step of the manufacturing process… The crates are headed to your doorstep.
After traveling halfway across the country… The day will come when your crates arrive. Now it’s time to assemble! With a few extra hands to help… Your RTA outdoor kitchen will be fully assembled in mere hours. The first step, of course, is to uncrate your island!
Then, you’ll hand-carry the panels to their final location. Starting with the back panel… Fasten it to the side panels of your outdoor kitchen. You’ll do this with a power drill and the provided L-brackets. Continue in this manner until your island perimeter is complete!
Afterward, you’ll apply the corners. This only takes a couple minutes. For finishing touches… You’ll place your countertops and appliances.And that’s the entire RTA outdoor kitchen assembly process.
Easy, right? It really is.
