Once your deposit is made… The blueprints are sent to our manufacturing facility. At this stage, your RTA outdoor kitchen is officially in production! You will also be assigned a Project Experience Manager. They’ll act as a liaison, ensuring that you get weekly updates on lead times. You’ll know exactly where your outdoor kitchen is in the production stage… And be able to adequately prepare for delivery.
But your Project Experience Manager assists you far beyond simple updates! They will also assist you with site preparation, installation planning and delivery planning. Not to mention… They will also provide you with support on the day of installation of your RTA outdoor kitchen. This ensures the highest chance of success for a perfect install. When those crates get delivered, we want you to feel fully confident about every step of the process.
So, once the installation is complete… Will we disappear completely? Once again, that’s not the case at all! Your Project Experience Manager will also educate you on how to properly care for and maintain your island.
