1. You Will Place Your Deposit
At this stage, you’re feeling great about your design and what RTA has to offer. To initiate the order, you will place a deposit based on the value of your outdoor kitchen design.
Aside from getting the ordering process underway, placing a deposit provides you with a few other benefits:
- Secured Pricing & Current Promotion: Once a deposit is placed, you won’t be affected by potential future price increases. You will also lock in whatever promotion you have qualified for at the time of your deposit submission.
- Design Services ‘On Retainer’: When you make a commitment to RTA, we make a commitment back! You’ll continue to get full access to your Design Expert to answer further questions or provide insights.
- As-Needed Revisions: At this stage, if you need to make some tweaks to your design, now is the time to do it! Changes can easily be made to your order after a deposit is placed.
2. Your Order Will Get Sent to the Blueprint Phase
When you are ready, your design will then be sent to the Blueprint Department. Our Blueprint Engineers get to work and create a granular set of outdoor kitchen blueprints to match your order.
If you need to make revisions to your outdoor kitchen design, changes can still be made. Once your order moves past this stage, your design is locked-in and changes can no longer be made.
Once you approve your blueprints, you’ll be asked to make further payment on the order before it officially goes into production. You may pay the final balance or do a split payment. (Your Designer can help you with payment options!)
3. Your Order Will Begin Production
At this point, your RTA outdoor kitchen order is officially in production! Blueprints are sent off to our manufacturing facility in Cambridge City, Indiana… and the team will begin working on your order.
During production, you will get introduced to your Project Success Manager (PSM), who will assist you with all things related to delivery, assembly, and beyond.
